Supervisory board

The Municipal Supervisory Board is the highest body of public expenditure control in the municipality. Within its competencies, the Supervisory Board determines the legality and regularity of operations performed by municipal bodies, municipal administration, local communities' councils, public institutions, public companies and municipal funds, as well as other users of municipal budget and authorized persons with municipal public funds and municipal assets. It also assesses both cost-effectiveness and economy of implementation of municipal public resources.
